Angus Grundy Communications Director

Angus’s role is to shine a light on the Theory of Constraints and better ways of working so organisations can understand what they’re missing. For clients, he then follows through with internal branding for change management programs that help inspire the transformation.

He first got serious about process back in 1999 as editor of an online city guide, coordinating contributors across 14 European cities. Then, as interactive media manager at the Czech Republic’s largest mobile operator, he experienced how people, process and technology combine in a large organisation.

Moving into a freelance brand writing, he worked with branding agencies for big names such as Emaar and Dnata in the Middle East; Logica and Three in the UK; and Aqualand and Kordia in Australia and New Zealand. Direct engagements include Averda, Effortel and Epeus Consulting. His relationship with Ensemble began with rebranding the company through Brandfibre.
